Shhhh, keep this between us. :secret:

I was put through the ringer when I installed PowerStop Evolution drilled and slotted rotors ("don't need 'em", "overkill", "what were you thinking...?") so only certain folks on this forum are told about them.

So between you and me - I really like them :waytogo:

Hello Guys,

Back again to the experts after some fun in desert :)

so today i made some Spacers to go between strut and fork ,i have made it 7 mm
OD 66mm & ID 56mm ,

need little more lift in the front ,because i need to fit a bit wider wheels and tires.

am currently running 245/70/16 on stock 7 inch steel wheels and OME only front and back ,without touching anywhere

and wish to fit 255 or 265 ,i dont reaaly care about tire high ,in sands width is more important.

so what you guys think i can fit ?

255-70-16 or 265-70-16
265-70s are about the same height as a 245-75-16

Hello Tom ,

thanks for the reply.

so both should go with 8 inch wheels ? i wana loose the heavy steels weight and also want less offset so it goes out a bit and don't rub in the sway bar.

what do you think ?

7 inch wide wheels are fine no need for 8 inch

you mean 7 inch with less back-space so it doesn't touch the sway bar ?

Just installed the 7 mm strut rings above the fork and and am now sitting on 21 inch 4 corners ,that will be enough ?

Tawfik
