First of all I'm a TJ guy and have had and modify 2 of them with various setups for years. When it comes to Liberty's I'm just plain uninformed.
Love the ride of this lifted truck on and off road but I'm trying to find out where stock stops and the mods start.
Upper and lower arms- are they stock?
Clevis is it stock height?
And how about that roller in front of the rear diff - Is that stock?
The lift has been on the truck for years and the distance between the center of rear and front hubs to lip of the flares is about the same
front and rear at about 20.5"+

Got most of the mud and crud off so it is a little easier to see the components.

OK here's the truck:

Looks like a Clevis lift with maybe a taller spring or just a taller Clevis???

Looks like a Rusty's or BDS kit judging by the rear coils. Leaning towards it being a BDS.

Rear roller thing is factory...

Is BDS a company name or the lift name?
Are they still in business?
Are those rear spring pads stock?

Actually the front spring pads look the same.
I've never seen a stock KJ so I have no idea what is stock or modified.

I had a feeling that was the case. It looks pretty long. The front end is tight and solid on and off road so whatever it is it is designed right - I can only hope. Alignment is dead on and truck goes straight with hands off of the wheel and tire wear is very even running 245/75R16 on Moab 16X8's

Those are stock control arms and clevises (clevii?)

BDS rear springs have a lot of coils (same with the one ThunderbirdJunkie installed) and was a great riding suspension.

Will say you have some really rusty front brake lines coming off the banjo bolts at the calipers though; replace those ASAP just to be safe.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
It looks like there is less coils on the BDS rear coil looking at this picture:

http://www.bds-suspension.com/kits/442H

I'm stumped. The problem is this is an older lift and whoever made it may have changed something.
What are you looking to replace? You do not need to get there parts. From the pic the front shocks are still the junk stock ones.

If you need front shocks any for a KJ will work as there is no difference between the front shocks for stock or lifted. The rear shocks for a 2.5"-3.5" lift uses a stock rear Durango length shock(like the Rancho 17004),OME N132L and SkyJacker makes specific lift shocks for rear. The OME N132L's only can be had from AllJ's,or one of there dealers.

Personally OME stuff is a bit to mushy for my taste, there coils are top notch but there shocks suck.Bilistiens or Rancho's are the way to go in my opinion.

That particular kits forks may be a bit longer than mine which I'd like because mine sets a bit high in the back I'd like it to be more level. By my measurements I think the front is about 2-2.5 inches up from stock.
If you get an extra inch with the new Rock Krawler I may check a set of those out.
I guess I could call and ask about the strut forks ...what is the length ? Did they change the design over the last few years. I could even send a picture of the the forks that are on mine now...

Thanks for the heads up on those Brake lines. I was going to bleed the system soon. The pads look good all the way around but the fluid looks a bit too dark for me.

What do you think the lift is up front. Are you saying the forks look stock...I guess I don't understand if the control arms and clevises are stock
The forks look long to me.

I think I need some more stock front end measures from center of hub to bottom of fender flare from more Liberty's to figure
approximately where I'm settin':D
