While my car was not in use, the horn started going off by itself and wouldnt stop.(BTW, it was raining today) Nothing we could do but to pull the fuse that controls the horn. Lights came on without us knowing it and drained the battery. Charged battery, horn still going off, car wouldnt start. Disconnected the horn, put fuse back in, car started, then check engine light came on. My code machine showed no codes. Has anyone had this problem or know what it could be? I am completely lost.

Sounds like a bad clockspring and also possibly a bad multifunction switch, the MFS is the switch assembly with the stalks for the lights and wipers that sits on the steering column.

This has been discussed on here many times and the symptoms are the same, horn and lighting malfunctions, etc..

If your able to do this work yourself all you really need is some basic tools, some time, disconnect the battery for a while before working around the airbag wiring, and then replace the parts..
