Gauge bulbs same as hvac?

I have multiple lights out on my cluster.
I have 2 spare hvac control panels for the jeep I didn't need after it turned out to be my blend actuator.
I know some vehicles cluster bulbs are 194 style you just have to feed the bulb wire through the plastic base. If that's the case I have plenty of those
If it's a special bulb- I could just swap with the ones in the hvac panels
Just wondering before I tear the dash up later tonight

Grabbed 18 from the junkyard. All dead ? What the heck.
$4 each at the dealer

I have a similar issue, although it's just one light that's out on my cluster. I think it's probably an issue with the circuit board, rather than a dead bulb.
I also grabbed a bunch of bulbs from a junkyard. Tried several of them, but the light just won't work.

I used a 12v tester to insure the bulb lights beforehand hand.
