Front Propshaft

Hi All.

I have a 2003 Liberty v6 4x4.

It seems like the cv joints on the front Propshaft have gone as they make a nice rattling noise when driving in normal 2wd mode and grind like a disco biscuit from the 70's when trying to engage 4x4.

Can the jeep be driven with out it in place so i can fix it. Or will this potentially damage the front diff and transfer case.

Yes you can drive without it
replacement parts are cheap
check out Driveshaft & CV Joint Components
should be in the 50 dollar range and easy to install
but then being in South Africa not sure how shipping would be
