Forgive me if this has been asked/answered already, i couldnt find it. How do I get the fog lights on...I can't figure it out. I am talking about the ones on the bottom, not on my roof. Either way anybody know how to get them on or when they come on ?

Turn on the headlights, then pull the tip of the stalk towards the door.
Unless you got yourself a used jeep, and the previous owner broke the arm and replaced with non-fog version, if there is one.

If you got rear fog lights, when you want to use them you have turn the tip one notch more after you pull it for the front fog lights.

Side Note:

in PT cruisers/ Stratuses/ neons.. the turn signal with the foglamp was very weak. prone to going up in smoke, literally. I had it happen to mine. and several in my PT enthusiast club had it happen to them. Instead of dropping 120 bucks for the replacement i just installed a fighter jet/NOS style covered switch

Nope, only export KJ's,no daytime running lights either except exports(Canada mostly).
Crap. My Audi has one stock, but I had to add one to my Jetta and was hoping I could gather up the parts to add it to my Jeep and it would make it easier if I could find a wrecked one. Guess not.
