While I’m driving my 2006 crd shuts off I open the valve above the oil filter plunge it till the air is all out after about 15 minute it’s start again any one can help on this matter please Thank you .

You have an air leak in the lines somewhere. The fuel line are the same as gasoline and designed for pressure, not suction. Ideally, you want to install a life pump in the tank. Mine did that until I installed the lift, no problems in the last 150K miles.
