Here's mine totally debadged. The best mod I've done. Keep it waxed and people think it's five years newer than it is.

So the 3M vinyl. it comes in a sheet, I assume it's a plastic film?

I wouldn't have the patients to do the badges in that, looks cool though.

Mine is de-badged too. Except for the Trail Rated badge. I went for that but the friend who was helping me talked me out of it. My last 4 vehicles have been de-badged.

I thought about going the that way too, but mine is soooo red I need something to break it up. So I think blacking out the badges would take away the red shock from your eyes.SHOCKED.gif

It's vinyl!;)
The 3M vinyl usually comes in roll form so it can be run through a plotter.
(Like old fashion printer paper with the littles hole on both sides of the paper that you used to tear off when it finished printing.)
It's the same stuff that car manufactures use for graphics. Like those Liberty's you see with the Star Spangled Banner on either side of the Jeep.

(Mind you, there are other companies who make the same product. ie. Mactac vinyl)

Check out the internet and look for vehicle wraps in or around your area of Tyler, Minnesota.
Or enquire at a sign shop that specializes in large commercial vehicles.
Here are some links for you to check out.

The next link has good examples to look at.

Look under Vehicle Graphics, then vehicle wraps.
