Can't remove the antenna from back of OEM radio?

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to remove my stock radio from my 05 KJ and install an RB4 Navigation unit. I'm able to follow all the instructions on the site as far as removing the dash trim etc, but once I get the radio wiring harness disconnected I am not able to remove the antenna from the back of my stock radio and haven't been able to find anything as far as how to go about this. Any help would be appreciated.
