Has anyone used a thing called Automatic before?

Just read about this on a tech blog and it sounded interesting. Looks like it tells you your MPG and lets you read CEL etc on your phone.

I used to have a thing similar to this in my Mazda but all it let me do was use my phone to read CEL's not check MPG etc. Thinking about getting this but figured I'd see if anyone else has tried it on their KJ to see if the MPG etc works good.

Can do what it does for for a 1/4 of the price and some aspects for free(just a little brain power to do some math).

Besides you shouldn't be looking at your phone while driving anyways.

I have a scan gauge which will do the same but not on a I-phone. Also a scanner that reads codes. Your EVIC if you have one will also read gas mileage if you are interested in getting depressed..... LOL. Gas mileage on mine is just a joke. I stopped checking since mine is just a pig especially after lift and bigger tires....and now we got "winter gas" on top of everything else....LOL.

If you get one let us know how it does.

When did you get a lift?

I don't know why I even check my EVIC for MPG. :freak3: :yawn:

Hey, the mileage with the Jeep is generally marginally better than my Astro, so it does make me feel better
