Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Low RPM is good, means the engine is turning over less. More the engine turns over the more gas you consume. If your getting 22 at 77mph.. slow down to 65 I bet you would get 25 or better.

.
Like Tom I have tried that and yep got 14mpg's trying to maintain 60-65mph,bumped it back to 78mph and back up to almost 22mpg's.

Granted now I cruise at 65mph but I'm also running 35" tires and 5.13 gears but my engine rpm's are the same as when I was running 32" tires and 4.10's at 78mph(2800-2900rpm's).

Yes I'd like to have something lower than 4.10s just to turn a little higher RPMs
I get on two lane 55 mph roads and I run with the OD off and get 20-21 easy

I can confirm that running 75mph or so returns the best fuel economy. On a few of my 1000mile + road trips I was seeing almost 24mpg with nearly 100k on the engine. I could regularly get 22.5+ on the freeway, and I can get 16.5 in the city on my daily commute if I'm easy on the throttle. But I usually enjoy the sound of the 3.7 too much!

Only mods are an Amsoil drop in filter, and I run good oil and maintain my Jeep.

I am planning on doing the B&G flash, and maybe an exhaust system, so we will see how that effects my MPG.
