2005 CRD P0101 Code

I just replaced the air flow sensor but I am still getting that code. What else could be wrong?

Check fuse 10 in the junction block.
Check for air leaks or blocked air filter.

Any other codes.....fix other codes first.
FSM keeps calling out a sticking EGR valve as well.

Here is the link to the FSM manuals for different years...I would recommend the "2005 CRD Service Manual PDF"....about 63 Mb....gives you eveything you need to know and circuit diagrams.
