2002 to 2005 3.7 Head Swap

I know the compression ratio changed between the two years & I am aware of the camshaft gear/tone ring difference but will the 2002 heads work on a 2005 block ? I am also aware I would need to use the 2005 intake manifold .

They should work - though there may be some difference created due to the change in compression ratios. I'd think that would be more as a result of a small change in the shape of the combustion chamber that wouldn't affect the fitment on the block.
