I have purchased a used jeep liberty. I'm having multiple problems and need some advice. First off, I have lost power to the headlights, dashboard, interior lights and rear windshield wiper. All at the same time with no warning. I checked fuses today and also the fuses under the hood. All good. The second problem may be related to the transmission. All of a sudden you will loose power and have to pull over and turn off engine. After restart, no problem. Transmission has a good oil level. Any comments would be appreciated.

The lost power problem sounds like "limp mode". Got any codes?

The electrical problems sound like a bad ground or bad connection to a computer.

Just guessing.

Welcome! your first problem is caused by a warn out multi function switch, it the steering column stalks with the control on it. I would also check to make sure all the grounds on the jeep are good.
