Do you know anything of the maintenance history on it?
If not then with that many miles I'd go all the way through
spark plugs ( ONLY COPPERs like NGK or Champion)
air filter
check PCV
front and rear diffs ( regular dino works best)
transfer case transmission
coolant ( only use HOAT)

I would say to just keep an eye on the temp gauge while idling. Many electric fans or fan relays die without any notice. I found out the hard way when my fan was crapped. All seemed fine until one time on a warm summer day we left the Liberty running so my daughter could keep cool with the AC while my wife and I ran into the store, came back ~15 minutes later and it was overheating. I shut it down to cool off and then when I started rolling again it really dropped due to forced air.at least my 2 month old daughter was nice and cool.

Just kidding she was 16 yo.

Let her know that if that temp gauge ever moves past the midpoint to pull over and shut down immediately...if this engine overheats, things go downhill fast...

Sounds a well-maintained one with fairly low mileage. You'll get more ideas for keeping her in optimum condition.
