Had the water pump loose the bearing and through the coolant under the hood everywhere. Replaced water pump and alternator while apart. Battery was unhooked for about a week Until I got it done. Started up after fix and seemed to run fine. Drove it around and now is skipping at idle. When driving or reved up skipping goes away and seems to run better then skips at idle. changed spark plugs last summer. Seamed to be running fine before water pump blow up. any thoughts would be helpful thank you

Maybe got coolant somewhere it ain't supposed to be. Sounds like no CEL but could try a scan for which cylinder is misfiring. Otherwise just pull all the coils and see if any are wet. If they are blow them out with compressed air.

Coolant got the coils wet, sitting for a week, and of course issues
Remove coils, plugs ( make sure you have the correct NGK plugs) , clean, dry everything and back together

Also check to ensure the o-ring seals are present at each coil pack.

Use the copper core NGK ZFR6F-11G as listed on the under the hood sticker- gap is shown there too.

Thank you for your help libertyTC. Hopefully I can get back to work on it this weekend. on specs for plugs it says gap .44. Is that what they are gaped at the factory and you need to change the gap to .40?
