Well, big problem.
Dropped the skidplate, and barely managed to remove the driveshaft. R&I the pinion shaft seal, and could not reinstall the driveshaft. It absolutely will not fit fully collapsed. No amount of prying has any effect. Yes, the yoke is fully seated and torqued.
I measured from yoke to yoke, and the longest distance I measured was 29". This was from the top of the transfer case yoke, to the bottom of the pinion yoke. Bottom to bottom, it's 28 1/2.
Looking at the front rear, I can't readily see what would be adjustable.
Does anyone have any idea what could have shifted?
