Are you guys kidding me......No one knows anything about the internals of these things?

I had to have the passenger side head milled a little to fix a defect from the factory. For some reason I cannot get the timing chain sprocket and chain back onto the cam? Is there a secret to this? Do I have to pull the entire front end off the engine to get it to go on? The drivers side...

Thats fine that LOST has already done it...I have a hard time navagating on that board, Thats why i did it here.

How many of us have had issues with there windows, ie. Regulators, Motors

well my 02 is has 125K on it and both driver side windows are shot

If you climb underneath and look on the driver side frame rail there are two rubber vacum lines that pass by the heat sheild, just as they turn upwards towards the engine. They probably have dry rotted and cracked. I had the same problem, changed out the lines and the problem went away.

Six years of making libertys and they still wont fix this problem...This is a problem that has affected probably 75% of liberty owners. They say there is no design flaws or have heard of this problem when confronted with it. Hope your waranty wil cover it, or else you are going to spend some $$...

Did not have to drop any exhaust parts to remove the Prop shaft. just have to hold your mouth right and finaggle it aaround a bit and it will come out. I am not doing a SFA conversion, The rear boot on the shaft is....umm Gone!! and the joint is falling apart and makes the sound as if i was...

My front prop shaft is making an awful noise, Can I take it out and still drive my KJ? I plan on taking it out and going to get the CV rebuilt. or picking one up from the Scrap yard

Actually I only hear it at slow speeds in 4wd, and sometimes when it is in 2wd and been city driving for a few hours and high speeds. I put it up on a lift and noticed I could see inside the rear cv axle....RUSTED.
