I have a Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow on my KJ. Great sound! Nice deep tone and gets really loud at 3000 rpm's. Flowmasters are also a skid plate!

It really depends on what you do. I have seen KJ's overheat beacuse of mud cloging the radiator, cv shafts can break from extream wheel travle, I have personally crushed a tranny oil pan (got a skid later that day). if you do mudding, you will get a packed skid plate and might have issues with...

An old trick that someone told me. If you have problems with mud sticking inside your wheels, spray Pam inside it. That should stop it from sticking. I wonder if it would work with snow?

I love my 02 however it would be nice to have all disk brakes...Personally, if the 02 had disk brakes, that would be the best year of the KJ...hands down!
