You know before you go and get that done try putting new fluide in the reservoir and bleed the system. up north here we need to do that almost once a year because of the cold. i found it makes a big difference, it reconditons some of the seals and makes everything smooth again after about a week...
Hey guys im tossing the idea of putting on a winter front for my liberty this winter as we get the minus 40 weather out here, any one use them? any benifit for the liberty? what kind? Thanks
86m here did a motor but i knew it needed it when i bought it. guy didn't know what oil change meant, springs, break pads, transmision modual pack. since i have owned it ive put 10m since june and it hasn't skipped a beat yet.
Well i tryed another set of strut compressor. Got them swaped out today cant believe how much the factorey springs were. i gained almost 1.5 inches. not much of a lift by most standards but at least now i can go down gravel roads without colapsing the coils and bottoming out.
Question for the guys who have removed there front coils. What did you use? my strut compressor will not fit inbetween the coils to compress it. i got a set of coils from a 02 that was totaled with only 10000 km on it so i thought i would put them on my 03. surprise i couldnt compress my coils...
