Suspension lift is what everyone will recommend because it's the most logical way lift
I'd shy away from spacers
You can add clevis rings for up to 3/4" more lift and rear upper iso's for the rear

I got some extra lift inch using KK ('08+) clevis forks, conduit nuts, and 3/4" of spacers between the engine cradle and body (i.e. cradle drop).

I can remember when I'd open up my email client and see fifteen updated threads and they were all legit with useful info. Ah, those were the days...

I love lift spacers
Love love love them
bought 4 inch the other day
little hard to install by myself but it just sat too low
so now it sits just right and the comfort level never changed at all

So after install my bed is up where I like it to be , I can sleep good and not feel like I'm laying on the floor !

If you keep that factory rake, then you have better control of your acid reflux as you sleep! :p
