Have you got the JBA UCA extension? I never ran one and had vibes underload even after i had driveshaft balanced and several sets of ujoints before that.

dropped it down when sold and no vibs at all.

I have the 4 Link. I think I have over-corrected the down angle. Have been doing research now and think I know enough to get it worked out. I don't know how folks did this before the internet. Not having this info at your fingertips would be a big bag of suck.

Way better before the internet I think, didn't have to wade through a bunch of BS to find correct answer

Whoops :favorites68::favorites68:

Yeah not to bad,my guess is the long time sitting when the engine went ruined the seals.

Well at least I stayed on all 4 wheels,1 member of the group was not so lucky when he flopped it end over end.At least he was not hurt and the JK was able to drive itself off the trail but looking at $15k or more to fix it but the aftermarket cage really did it's job well.

USAFCOP broke a front shaft which took out the u-joint,outer shaft,and both ball joints.

Fair amount of carnage on that trail ride.

I felt bad that I have neglected my KJ for several days, so I ordered the Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket tonight. Looking forward to that.

I need lockers pt2. Local trail trying to get into a sand bowl. The front left wheel was fully extended and rear right was about a foot off the ground.

My backbone hardware should be in tomorrow or the next day.

Replaced the sunroof switch on the 05 and now it works like a dream. Pain to get the old one out but easy to put new one in.

Took the 02 for a drive around the neighborhood. This looks like the week it'll be moving on so I had to snap a few pictures for my records.

man...... wished my front seats were that good.
those original or refurbed/replaced?

They are original. The driver's side looks a bit better in the pic than up close but just some dirty creases. The whole interior and most of the exterior is really nice but more and more rust showing up outside. Wish I could keep it but no sense with the recent acquisition of the 05. I need to get back down to five vehicles and I also have had this much longer and it's in much nicer shape than the 02KJ.
