So I am running 255 70 16 with an iron man lift. The tires are always running. I have been trying to add more clearance but think I am maxed out.
I already pounded the pinchweld over
Unclipped the inner fender liner and pushed it as far forward as possible, then re-attached. Did the same with the lowest front flare plastic river.
Any others?
The passenger side was a bit more limited because of the washerbottle, any relocations for this?

???? what lift are you running? 21 inches is not near maxed out , thats only 2 inches of lift , unless running spacer lift .
but yes at that height and with spacers you will have some rubbing, so what lift are you running? and what all are you using right now?

Sorry tom, I meant I have been trying to clearance the inner fenders more, but think I maxed that out. Are there any tips or tricks to adding more inner fender clearance? No matter how much lift, when my tire travels up and is turned it will contact the front part of the inner fender liner.

In bold is your issue with only running 2" of lift with those tires.

Well the tires rubbed without the spacers. Issue seems to be when turning and the tire is up in the fender above regular ride height, it will run.

With only 2 inches of lift its going to be close not enough lift to not rub some
So what all do you have as far as lift now, just the springs? No top plate or clevis ?

Did the front and rear springs, plus clevis and extra rear spacer in the back. Plan is for a top plate and another spacer in the rear later on

Probably 1/4 inch gap, the bottom of the clevis bracket is flush with the bottom,of the shock body.
