Need spare deep impact sockets? On clearance at Harbor Freight today. ½” sets were $11.27 each. 3/8” sets were $3.77 each. I know they are not Mac or Snap-On, but for a spare set to keep in your jeep, you can't beat that price. They are no longer carrying them, so Harbor freight in your area may be clearancing them too.

Hmm, my brother could really use them. He still uses his 12pt craftsman regular sockets, yet nothing strips...yet

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Those Pittsburg impact sockets sold at Harbor Freight are the best on the market and being the cheapest also. They will out last any snapon/mac/matco/craftsman impact socket, that is right from our snapon rep's mouth.even crushed one of there sockets in a vice and tried with the same sized HF one and barely left a mark on the socket.

Those impact sockets are the only thing I would ever recommend from HF.
