It's always a good feeling when you pay off your vehicle.

But when it comes to paying off your jeep it is special because you now have more mod money...:D

I'll bet you are already thinking of one, huh.....what is it?:D

Awesome! I can't wait to say that myself... For me it will probably be next February, i figure another year of payments and then some of my tax return to polish it off. By then i should also be able to pay off the wife's car. Both vehicles should be paid off this time next year, that will be SOOO nice.

Hehe, well I DO plan on getting some new tires, I'm not sure about a lift though because I probably won't do much off roading--but we shall see xD In the meantime I'm focusing on saving for a house now hehe

Believe it or not its a good time to buy a house!! I know a few people that are realtors... They say all the time that houses are not selling because people don't have the money or credit, but on the other hand houses are still down in price and the banks are selling off foreclosed houses at cheap prices also.

I know a guy that flips houses... He bought a house that was originally sold for $150k for $60k and put some basic work into it, not much wrong with it just got foreclosed... Turned around and sold for $100k and even after work he did on it made like $30k on that one sale.

Indeed! I've actually been looking at foreclosures over everything else--the only problem I'm having is finding one with any land--I need at least a few acres to keep my horses on =P

Congratulations. My KJ looked even better to me once it was paid off and the title was in my hand. Now my Jeep and I answer to nobody! (Except my wife...)

Mine is also due to be paid off next February... but I'm hoping to manage it a little bit earlier. This year would be especially nice. :D

Funny you say it that way... Are you in one of the states that the banks hold the title?

Here in MN you get the title with a security interest listed on it within about a month of buying.
