i just lifted my kj up 2.5 inches and i wanted to put some lights on it now. i really cant put any sort of rack on the top because i put kayaks up there and im not sure if they would fit but i was thinking of windshield lights like on the wranglers. just any information on them like how to mount them and everything would be great thanks.

that doesn't work for liberty's without highly modifying the a pillar and its not recommended probably the easiest thing for you to do would be either a bull bar with light mounts or just mount them to the bumper.

Check out the fender lights.
You must be registered for see images attach

Now that's a rally car!

I went as far as wiring up some 100 watt long range spot/driving lights and holding them up by the cowl and side view mirrors and found them to be rather annoying when illuminated at night!
They light up the hood and top of fenders and the available light output is corrupted by the sheet metal.
I used the Bosch 225 ralley lamp off of my Mini to get a real effect.
You would definitely want to use the 1/4 round light deflector mounted on the lamp unit itself to keep the light from "Spoiling" onto the hood and fenders on either side of the vehicle!

Trust me... I've been playing with extra lighting on vehicles for 30+ years.
Hell, my mountain bike had 220 watts of lighting with three motor cycle batteries mounted to it befor bike lighting was concidered cool!

So, not worth it to me anyway...
But if it blows your hair back or floats yer boat...
Whats stopping you?

Why would you need somebody elses opinion anyway?

Think and decide for yourself!;)

I made my own snorkel.

Sure, it ain't rotationally moulded and doesn't have a fancy name sublimated into it...
But It didn't cost what ARB or whoever else is selling "Their" version!

Oh, and it too is made from UV resistant/stabilized/ inpact resistant plastic...
And with the new air filter design I'm working on, I'll have room for a second
deep cycle battery under the hood!

(But I recall certain people telling me that that is not possible!
Must be because they cannot run to a shop and buy one!
God forbid trying to build one yourself EH?)

That BTW is called HOTRODDING!
Something the "Non professionals" in the Jeep world have not figured out yet!

But don't hold your breath for photo's everybody...

It seems that if you do not buy "Name Brand" and don't yap out of the side of yer neck and "Name drop" high end products, that something a hobbyist
builds/make themselves must not be worth the time of day!

I know someone mounted lights on the mirrors, right at where they fold.
