Both will actually work, have used them both before on different ones
the F4 BE5 6458 H7 is actually for a Wrangler with 3-5 inch lift its the 5100 series Off road racing shock
The other one is generally used though
Both need sleeves in the top to work properly

Mudd, I use the H7's on my set up. I checked mine and there is a sleeve in the bushing. Do I need another? I did notice that the sleeve that is there has become elongated. I also find myself having to tighten them every so often. I get a tell tale thump in the back when they are loose.

Thanks
Carmine
