What can I use/do to get some additional lift?

Just curious what I can do to increase the lift on our KJ.
An additional spacer between the front upper mount and sheet metal?
Additional clevis lift(I don't think that I can go any more!)
As it sits, I installed the Frankenlift 9 months ago, but after the OME HD
coil springs have now settled, the suspension is now 1.25 inches lower
front and rear!
(As measured from bottom of front and rear fender flares to the center
of the wheels.)
{My current measurements in the "Actual lift amount" thread is here:
http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39094&page=2
Bottom of page.}
Also, I have 3/8 of an inch between the coils on the front coil springs.
Should I be concerned?

I'm thinking that I might be ordering CRD coil springs soon...

So you're at 23.5 now or were and now 22 or so?
They sagged that much in only 9 months?
Mine did not sag that much in 5 years/100,000 miles:confused:
and they are on another KJ now.

Top plate can go on. I have 1/4 inch top plate with gasser Frankenlift parts and 790 springs. Been on for about 15,000 miles and still sitting the same place as where I put it
Mine likes to be at 23.25, anymore and the CVs start to squawk off road. Not worth the money for cut CVs for 1/4-1/2 inch in my book

I hear ya Ryan, my OME coils sagged badly in just a year. I lost about 1.25" in a year with no additional weight. Seems the OME coils are not that great after all eh?:D My Rusty's coils may have been at stock spring rate, but they didn't sag like the OME's I have on there now.

Hell...I may put the Rusty's coils back in there just to gain some lift.

I tried that (by accident) last summer... poor CV's were screaming all the way home too. :( Brought it back down to a 1-1/2" Daystar spacer and everything is happy now.

Ry', just call NSOR, ask for Brandon and get the OME790s. $200 if you pick them up. They should be able to keep your big nose in the air!! :D I'll let you know this fall how mine fair with the winch and ARB on.

I still have 2.25 inches of lift and the ride and handling is excellent...
I just didn't think OMW coil springs would sag so fast!
Looks like CRD coils for my birthday!

Do the CRD coils come in the different variations (LD, MD, HD) as the gasser ones?

I wasn't along on your ride home, but your hood bobbing up and down in the driveway was enough!
