I'm looking at the OME 1.5" kit (springs and shocks) for my 04 Liberty, only because the stock springs are mushy and I hate hitting the bump stops over every pothole. I would like to pre-build the front coilovers so they drop right in, so besides the top plates and spring isolators, drawing from other's experience, is there anything else I would need? Is the stock hardware generally reusable?

If you want to prebuild them just get the upper shock mount from NAPA, it includes the upper isolator, then the dealer for the lower isolator, funny but NAPA doesn't have it, same one as the upper . Then you can prebuild and take the old out throw in the new.

Hey Tom, I just read in an Australian forum that you used a cutting board as a shim under the top plate. Is that true and is so, have any advice?
