water pump bolt size

my #4 bolt of the tightening sequence on my water pump is missing and is now leaking(surprise). how and when it came out, i have no idea but i do blame global warming.

anyone know the size/thread pitch/type etc... of the water pump bolts?

thanks tjkj! ... its a start. i have tried several dealerships who do not have them in stock nor can they tell me the size.

So much for going to the dealership as a source for every nut, bolt and fastener on the vehicle. I'll remember this the next time someone asks where they can get "obscure part x" and I tell them "The Dealership".

Apparently not. What the hell is up with a dealership that can't tell you anything about the waterpump bolts on one of the vehicles they sold?

If it's the #4 bolt, I'm pretty sure it's one of the short ones.

You might take one of the others to the hardware store and see if you can find one with the same threading and specs. You'd be surprised.
