two bolts in front crossmember?

behind the radiator and in front of the engine down low is a crossmember that has two bolts in it about 12inches apart one of them has a rubber gasket busting out from under the head how do i find this gasket or part number or any info on this id post a picture but it never works for me i can give more details if needed but like i said its plain as day

Are you talking about the rack and pinion bolts?

Sounds like the Rack and Pinion rubber bushings.
Pretty easy to install a new pair.
