I GOT A 07 jeep lib and i want to put biger tires on or beter tires for the best buck and is there any way to get more clearance with diff or bottoming out with out a lift and with out biger tires?!?!?!

Only way to get more ground clearance is larger tires
but the only way to run larger tires is with a lift
stock you are pretty much stuck with 245-70-16s as the largest size

What tire size do you have? My 07 came with 225 ? and my 03,04 and 05 came with 235s not hard to upgrade from a 225.
You might want to think of a front clvis lift and add rear isolators a set of 245 70s as a low budget start that you can add to when your springs start to sag.
