No, they won't fit. They barely fit most lifted Kjs.

245/75-16s will fit dandy on most '02s without much rubbing anywhere but the front swaybar, but they'll try to tear the flares off when flexed

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Being you have a '02 your coils are a sagging badly so with no lift stay with no larger then 245/70's on the stock rims and you should be fine depending on the tire. You will need 3.5"+ and major cutting, pounding the pinchweld, and the correct width and back spaced rims to make 265/75's work right.

I have 265 75 16 on my 07 and Tjkj is correct you need a lift, pinchweld mod and front airdam and tub mods to fit. I do have stock back spacing but the type of tires (Duratracs) will let me do that.
But I like it and to me was worth the work

I run 245/75R16s on my 08, which is a 31" tire. I have a 2.5" lift, and don't have any rubbing issues.
A 265/75R16 on a stock KJ would definitely cause rubbing issues.
