2008 KK max tire size

Hello everyone, just got my KK today and i'm curious about a few things.

For tires, mine came with what I believe to be a 2 inch lift, what would be the max tire size I could use? I figured 30s might be playing it safe but but I'm curious to the experience others have had with larger tires on this model.

With the 2 inch lift you might be able to get away with a 31 (30.5) if you are willing to pound over the factory pinch weld on the back of the front wheel well. It sticks out and can rub on the tire at full lock. It is part of the unibody structure though and should NOT be trimmed off.

I am running this size (245/75R16) in a BFG KO2 with about a 3.5 inch lift and no rubbing. (Mine is 21.5 inches from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the front fender. Stock is 18" in front and 19" in back if you would like to know how much lift you have.)
