Yes to the rear disc brakes.
NO to the ABS. It ***** off road!
Also, if you know how to drive and I'm sure you do James, then you don't need ABS.
Cruise? apparently really easy to install and is an inexpensive upgrade. I've seen them new
for between $199.99 to $225.00 for an OEM kit with new steering wheel.

I only like abs for the wife otherwise I wouldn't have it. I had it with my 95xj and yes it does suck offroad but it saved my wife from skidsteer over a bridge in the snow which in that sense I would like it. I don't give a rats a$$ if im safe as long as the family is than im peace at mind.

The little electronic braking to act like a locker is very helpful. I do tend to bounce around some unlike the smoother climbing with a locker. It gets me places real open diffs would struggle.
