supporting rear passenger window w/ broken motor

so the motor/regulator on my back passenger window killed over and slides down about a quarter of the way. how can i support it to keep it up until i can fix it?

i also may need to disable the switch to keep my 3 year old from trying to roll it down with his feet. thats his favorite game while he is in the car and the lock button up front doesnt seem to work.

take off the door panel.. get soem big zip ties.. and youll see two holes near the top .. zip tie it in place.. ive been running like that for months.

is there any danger of the glass breaking or cracking?

if you let it drop down with no friction sure.. but ive not had any worries with mine.
