Rear-window stud base and rubber isolator locator

I bough my KJ recently, the previous owner was a child that replaced a broken rear window for a new one, but didn't keep the rubber that needs to be on the perimeter and the ball-stud base. so basically, my rear glass is completely slick:

is there a part number for the entire part mark in green in the picture(taken from the internet)? can it be purchased anywhere?
