Stock or lifted als a arms?

I've been away from here a while and was wondering. How can you tell if you have the stock sized als a arms or the lifted sized a arms? There's always been a choice between the two on the Website. I ask because mine are really close to the spring at rest and when I jack up the front they are now contacting the spring. I emailed al a while back but he never replied. Can anyone advise on what/where to measure to see which ones you have. I had suspicions before but just never kept up with it. Anyway, any advise is highly appreciated. Thanks all!

If you jack it up with all the weight off of the tires they will be close to the coils even with the 4.5s
