Not a whole lot.

A typical "Spacer" is an after market item that adds and inch or 2.

A "Isolator" is usually used to refer to the stock part that goes between the spring and the spring mount to keep it from being metal to metal. The stock liberty ones are 1/2".

an easy and cheap way to squeak that last 1" of lift out of the rear is to stack an extra pair of isolators over the stock set.
