sport 2007 export

hello guys,

i have in my 2007 jeep sport ,export since i live in UAE the front turn signals works only when i use the turn signals ,ihave seen in the US models that they are on when you switch on the first tick of light ( the small bulb in head light housing ) and they flash when you use turn signals

and actually i like how it looks in the US models ,how can i make mine behave the same ?

do i ned to change wiring or some relay in fuse-box ?
