Shot bushings?

Are these bushings supposed to be able to move around or are they supposed to be solid?

Well if you stick a prybar in there you can move a good bit and how much are they and whatre they even called?

Are the bushings torn? If you can move them by hand they most likely are worn,same goes for if there cracking or torn.

Mother of god! and they aren't torn or cracked at all. I know they can still be bad and not have those sign but I have to put in A LOT of oomph to move em by hand and even then it's a very small amount. The pry bar was about 3 feet long
