Every time I go to the local NAPA...they are pretty much useless. I just went there to see if they had any M12 1.75 40 10.9's. And all they had were 35 and 45. He said they can't order any 40. So I asked for the 45 figuring having them too long was better than too short. Walked over to the counter and remembered to ask for 10.9. I asked he said yes they are. Sweet. I get home, open them up, and they say 8.8 right on the head. lol. Looks like I'm going back tomorrow...

Anything I want they either have or can get overnight for me.
Maybe yours need some new employees

There is a NAPA in town here and they are good to deal with. Good thing because there isn't anyone else in this rinky-dink town.

Well they are older gentlemen, which I prefer over younger personnel at an Auto store. The local Autozone is full of high school or college students which I'm not a big fan of. I figure the older guys probably know their stuff better...I guess not everyone does =/
