Nope, just slight rub on plastic inner fender liner at full lock, wheels are 15x7

You are correct. Now you can correct others who still insist on using 'strut' to describe the front shock! :freak3:

A strut does not have a Upper control arm,
we have one so its really a coil over setup

Lifted 4 inch backspacing works best , 7 inch wide wheel

What would it cost me to do a lift like this? Also would it be possible to do a ott type spacer for an extra 1.5" and maybe à spacer in the rear? Would give you like 3.5"s of lift.

NO NO NO NO and NO
OTT spacers are junk to begin with and will cause way more issues than you want to deal with.
Also since say the OME springs give you about 2.25-2.5 inchs of lift adding any kind of spacer gives you too much lift creating a lot of other problems
I suggest you read the 100s of posts that describe how to do a proper lift and what it takes
