Replacing Wiring Harness Help

Hi. My 2006 Renegade has been sitting for a couple years and some wiring under the hood has been chewed on. I don't think I need to buy an entire wiring harness as this is the only part where the circuit has been broken (see pictures).

There is an '03 Liberty Sport at a local scrapyard. Would this section of the wiring harness on the 2003 Sport fit in my 2006 Renegade?

I believe the wires are chewed too closely to the male and female connectors in some places to splice them

Unfortunately the number of wires on the connector was different and the pins didn't line up. I was able to splice most of the wires and solder the ones that were chewed too much to be spliced and got the Jeep running. Thanks for the help!
