I feel like the rear upper control arm is limiting the height of my lift. I only have a 2 inch lift and I was told that would be fine to put in with no other mortification, but it is wedged in there and the control arm seems to be holding it down. Any help would be great.

The KJ's lifted properly ride very smoothly. You can't expect spacer lifts with sagging springs to do the job. You may have some coil bind ?
Out with the old... & in with the new.... It's time for some lifted Ole Man Emu..
927's & 948 Ome springs with new shocks, & even some teraflex front bump stops.
4 hockey pucks for rear stops and your riding taller & better than new ! :)
