Please help!

[Jeep liberty 3.7]

I have a 2003 Jeep liberty that stared making a loud creeking noise almost sounds like something Is grinding! It sound like it is coming from the passenger front. It does it when I hit a bump or turn the wheel. I thought at first it was a strut but it does it when I'm sitting still and turn the wheel. 2 days ago I jacked it up and had a friend turn the wheel so I could try to figure out where the noise was coming from and it it doesn't do it when it's in the air! Anyone ever had this problem? Thanks in advance!

I also forgot to mention that the noise came out of nowhere. I pulled in to work and it just started making the noise. It's never done it before and it has been doing it every sense!

Sway bar end link to inspect now..If nothings torn, Try silicone spray & see if it quietens down. Make sure they are tight as well.

I do not know what HJ is now using the Moog ones are not long lasting by the sounds of it.
I'd probably go Mopar.

If so, it's your upper control arm. Same thing happened with me. Started one day on my way to the laundromat on the passenger side. Mechanic had it done in less than a day.
