Today I changed my oil from Valvoline Max Life High Mileage with a Fram High Mileage Filter to Mobile 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage with a Mobile 1 Extended Performance Filter. After I got finished I backed the Jeep off the ramps and left it running, as I pulled the ramps away I noticed the jeep was shaking terribly! So I jumped in the drivers seat and did a quick sweep at all the gauges which did me no good when I remembered alls we have are Fuel and Temp! Which is stupid if I might say so myself! Then the Check Engine light started flashing and then after about the 4th flash it stayed on so I shut the engine off, and checked to make sure I got the drain plug back in good and didn't just pour all my new oil on the ground and it was in, so popped the hood and checked the fill cap it was on good thought it might throw a code if it wasn't tight enough. Then checked the filter to make sure it was on tight too, it was. So as me and my Dad started it back up to listen and see if the shaking was from lack of oil or something else, and we concluded that it was missing on atleast one cylinder. So he called our mechanic and he said it was probably a coincidence and while up the ramps one of the injectors could have leaked a little and when I started the engine it probably fouled a plug or burnt up a coil pack or there could possibly have a problem with a plug wire, anybody heard of this happening or have any other ideas of what it could have been?
