Odometer Error Question

I have an '06 CRD Limited with stock tires. I ran 5 or 6 tests today against state highway mile markers and always came up 6.5%>7% slow. Is that a CRD thing or a Liberty thing? Yeah, I know, "It's a Jeep, who runs stock tires." ](*,)

Seems to be normal. I've noticed that too, with stock tires.
