Next step - Crank no start - No Bus on ODO

2006 Liberty 3.7L
Crank, no start.
New battery
Changed crank sensor
Changed cam sensor
Changed PCM
Swapped all relays
Checked all fuses
Fuel pump is working.
Can't pull code cause ODBII is dead, NO BUS displays on odo when plugged in.

What is the next item to check?
