I hope the Milestar tires are more than the basic all season radial ! Got pics?
Considering OP if from NY....
AT (all terrain) are much better suited than any all season radial when it comes to wet or snow grip, on a 4x4.

I probably wouldn't trust them. All Seasons are not all performance. They're not good to mediocre in every category. Go with All Terrains instead and upgrade to 235/70R15's or 245/70R16's. They work with stock suspension and rims. I recently upgraded to Fireston Destination All Terrains in the 245/70 size and am VERY happy thus far. They were $130/tire.

Of course if you already have those tires... use them until you can afford good tires (as stated above). Realize that you will have significantly less wet traction, off roading, and snow performance (I can even tell a big difference between my old tires and new ones on dry pavement), so drive accordingly.
